Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions we receive while the Gallery is closed for Christmas and New Year.

If your question is covered below, there’s no need to raise a further ticket - everything is progressing as expected.

Christmas Cut-off Dates

The table below summarises our Christmas cut-off dates for reference. Orders placed after these dates will continue to be processed in line with their standard lead times.

Please note that meeting a Christmas cut-off date does not guarantee delivery by Christmas, as all orders remain subject to production, framing, and courier capacity.

Where is my Order?

The status of your order depends on what you ordered, as many of our artworks are produced to order rather than held in stock. For example, all Slim Aarons and Getty Images photographs are produced bespoke to order.

The Christmas cut-off dates above are provided for reference only. If your order is within its stated lead time, it is progressing as expected.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, Evri and DX Delivery. Tracking details are sent automatically once an order has shipped.

I received my Tracking Details but they have not updated?

We understand the frustration with tracking details not updating. During the festive period, courier tracking can update intermittently and may not reflect real-time movement, so we would suggest monitoring tracking on a regular basis.

I haven’t received tracking yet, is something wrong?

Not at all. Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched, not when it is in production or framing.

All orders placed before the appropriate Christmas Cut-off dates, will have been dispatched and tracking details sent. Please check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a tracking email from Royal Mail, Evri or DX. If you haven’t received tracking yet, it means your artwork has not reached the dispatch stage.

Is the Gallery open?

Our physical gallery space is closed for appointments from 23rd December and re-opens on the 5th January. Our framing studio is shut from the 23rd December until 5th January.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please note:

  • Getty Images & Slim Aarons prints are bespoke, printed to order and therefore we are unable to amend, cancel or refund the order 24 hours after it has been placed.

If you have a genuine concern about an error in your order details, we will of course review this once we reopen.
