Samuel Hicks
Samuel Hicks studied fine art before taking up photography at the Berkshire School of Art. Known for his extraordinary light, he has shot many of his pictures while travelling. His images taken for Avis on road trip across Chile were used across the huge BFI Imax ad site inLondon.
His commercial work has also included O2, Land Rover, Lucozade, P&O, Smirnoff Ice and Lynx.
He shot a police car on Blackheath Common as part of his work for the Met. The isolated car caused a force helicopter to land, as they feared the car had been hijacked.
