James Joyce
James Joyce is based in London and has found international acclaim for his graphic, instantly identifiable wall art which poke fun at cultural benchmarks like the yellow smiley face and Facebook. He has exhibited at the Royal Academy, in New York and at Banksy’s Dismaland in 2015.
Born in Wolverhampton, Joyce studied at Kingston University. Originally a graphic designer, Joyce worked for clients from the New York Times to Nike and first designed his recognisable collapsed clown face art prints for a flyer for a club in East London.
His original works are all hand painted.
